What makes the Pyramids such a mystery?

Egyptian pyramids are  a highlight of ancient architecture.

Each year, Egyptologists learn more about these engineering marvels.

Still shrouded in mystery, the pyramids don’t reveal their secrets easily.

One Great Pyramid stone weights 2 to 15 tonnes.

Over 3 million stones were used to construct the Great Pyramid.

Most tribes lived in grass huts and wondered where the sun went at dusk when they were erected.

They were constructed using what, at the time, would have been considered primitive equipment.

They were constructed with a high degree of accuracy.

The Mayan and Aztec pyramids, among others, have survived for thousands of years.

We still don't know how the ancient Egyptians cut, carried, and arranged these stones!
